By using or accessing this Website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these Terms of Use, please do not use this Website. Energy EIS has the right to immediately cancel any customer's login or account if Energy EIS feels that a customer is misusing the site in any way.

Legal Capacity to Transact
If you are under the age eighteen (18) years you cannot place orders with Energy EIS. By accepting these Terms and Conditions, you acknowledge that you are over eighteen (18) years. Any orders placed and accepted by us will be deemed to be by persons over the age of eighteen (18) years. Should Energy EIS suffer any damage or other losses because of a transaction entered by a minor, Energy EIS reserves the right to seek compensation for such losses from the parents or guardians of the minor who caused any order(s) to be placed with Energy EIS.
Ordering goods
Any order placed by you in the manner described on this site is an offer by you to purchase a particular product or service for the price (including the delivery and other charges) specified on this site at the time you place your order. You acknowledge that, by placing your order, you agree to pay for and accept delivery of the goods ordered unless you ask us to cancel that order, and we send you written confirmation of the cancellation prior to the goods being dispatched to you. Energy EIS may change the prices published on this website at any time. Prices of products placed in the "basket" but not paid for are also subject to change and you agree to pay the price current at the time of payment. While every effort has been made to ensure the accuracy of prices, images and information displayed on this site, Energy EIS is not responsible for any error and reserves the right to accept or reject your offer for any reason, including without limitation, the unavailability of any product, an error in the price, image or the product description posted on this site, or an error in your order. We may require additional verification or information before accepting any order. We only accept orders from within mainland Australia and Tasmania. Within this area, our policies as to delivery and returns apply as set out in these Terms of Use.
About our prices
Energy EIS always seeks to list Products with the most competitive prices. All prices are in AUD and are inclusive of GST. Energy EIS pricing is live and can increase or decrease at any time. If a product is displayed at an abnormal price that is clearly regarded as a system error, Energy EIS reserves the right to not honor this price. Furthermore, if a supplier increases a product price and this is reflected in Energy EIS new sell price, Energy EIS reserves the right to not honor existing prices before the increase. Prices displayed on this site are current at the time of issue but may change at any time and are subject to availability. Prices and availability of items are subject to change without notice.
Delivery
If you are unsure of these delivery terms and conditions or are seeking more information in regard to our delivery service, please email us at prasanna@energyeis.com.au prior to purchasing. Delivery costs are based on item sizes / weight. If you feel the shipping costs are too high, before making payment please contact us to review the costs.
We use Send Courier as our main carrier and various couriers to deliver our products to you. Remote areas, pallet deliveries and big/bulky items may attract additional surcharges. We will contact you immediately if this is the case.
Please allow 1-3 days for metro delivery. WA, NT and other remote locations please allow 7-14 days (about 2 weeks) delivery time.
Your order will be filled within 24 hours whenever possible. If for reasons beyond our control we are unable to dispatch your order within 48 hours (supplier stock issue, special order stock, etc.) we will contact you so that we can make alternative arrangements.
We reserve the right to terminate any orders and refund all monies in total.
Returns
Change of Mind
All products purchased from Energy EIS are backed by a thirty (30) day Peace of Mind Return Policy. All products returned must be in perfect unused condition, with all components, complete with original packaging. We will not allow returns on damaged or incomplete products. Proof of purchase is required. Should the product not be in its original condition, please contact us before returning it as this may save you some unnecessary costs.
Damaged / Faulty Goods
If you find that the goods were damaged in transit or were faulty in some manner, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving the goods. We will organize the return of the goods and arrange a credit for your next purchase or send a replacement product. Customer will incur the cost of return postage and be credited with the purchase price only. We recommend that you return your unwanted items using registered post or trackable courier. We cannot be held responsible if returned items are lost in transit.
Special Order Items
Items on our site marked "Special Order" cannot be returned unless faulty or damaged in transit. It is up to the manager's discretion if we can take back a special-order item for return. Restocking fees may apply.
Warranties
Product warranties are governed by the respective manufacturers and / or suppliers warranty terms and conditions (available on request). We will not be liable to you or any third party for any loss suffered due to product failure. We will process product warranty claims through the respective manufacturers and/or suppliers. All products available on this site must be installed by a licensed electrical tradesman / technician. DIY electrical work is illegal, and all warranties are automatically voided if an unlicensed person has been found carrying out the installation.
Title and risk
Title to the goods purchased on this site does not pass from Energy EIS to you until we have received payment in full for the goods. After the goods leave Energy EIS premises or control, goods shall be held at the buyer's risk and expense in respect of loss, damage, and deterioration from any cause. It is the customer's responsibility to check all cable sizes & material received before installation. Interest of 2% per month will be applied to overdue accounts 30 days plus.
Disclaimer of warranty
Energy EIS is providing this site and its contents on an 'as is' basis and use of this site is at your own risk. Energy EIS and its related companies, affiliates, licensors or licensees, and their respective directors, officers, employees, or agents make no representation or warranty as to the accuracy, completeness, currency, or reliability of the information contained on this site (including in relation to any products or services). To the extent permitted by law, none of them will be liable or responsible in any way (including in negligence) for errors in, or omissions from, the information contained on this site. To the extent permitted by law, Energy EIS expressly denies all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including (without limitation) implied warranties or conditions of merchantability or fitness for purpose.
Rights we cannot exclude
The above disclaimer and liability limitation do not exclude any rights, which by law may not be excluded, including your rights under the Trade Practices Act.
Termination
Your ability to purchase goods from this site may be terminated by Energy EIS at any time without notice. All restrictions, licenses granted by you and limitations of Energy EIS liability will survive termination.
